For beginners and advanced learners looking to sculpt, eat and wine, and make new friends!!! Here comes a full weekend of fun clay lessons, all materials, full board and private apartment included! We start by meeting on Friday evening in the beautiful village of Russo, in the wildest valley of Ticino: The Onsernone! A nice Ticinese plate will be waiting for you in your private residence, at Casa Gialla. A continental breakfast will served by 9am by the lovely staff at the Posta Restaurant, which is only 5 minutes walk from our accommodation. We meet at Perdomo Artworks, by 10am. We will have the chance to introduce ourselves and start our first lesson. We'll sculpt till lunch. We'll be eating fresh pasta, a nice salad and home made cake at the Posta Restaurant! We restart the lesson by 13:30 till 17:00. We'll have a private break to freshen up before heading back to the restaurant for dinner. After dinner you'll be free to walk around the little town of Russo, or retire to your apartment, or if you're up for it, make friends with the group! Sunday we start with breakfast, then start sculpting by 10am. Lunch is at noon and we sculpt again from 13:30 till 17:00. Once we are happy with our sculptures we get to celebrate our experience with a nice glass of wine! If you do not like travelling solo, you can bring your-not-so-talented companion who wishes to accompany you but not partake in the lessons. Your travelling companion can share your apartment and come join us for meals for an additional 120chf, no problem! Cancellation Policy

* The weekend retreat includes lessons, materials, oven use, private accommodation, and full board. * Full board includes: - PRIVATE accommodation - 3 meals excluding alcoholic beverages at the restaurant on Saturday - Breakfast and lunch (excluding alcoholic beverages) on Sunday. * The weekend retreat starts the evening of Friday, checking-in anytime after 15:00. * The weekend retreat ends on Sunday at 17:00, with a check- out time of 18:00. * The weekend retreat is intended for teens/adults. Children or spouses wanting to stay in your private accommodation but not participate in the art course can stay in your private apartment for an additional 120chf/per person. This fee includes accommodation and meals. * Sculpting lessons start at 10:00 to noon, and from 13:30 to 17:00, Saturday and Sunday. There is the possibility to be able to use the studio during the night if your project is complicated or you prefer to work late in the evening of the Saturday. * All sculptures made in these sessions require time to dry and oven-time. Please allow 3 weeks to 1 month for delivery time. * Shipping your sculpture to your address is charged to you. You can opt to collect it yourself at the studio as well. * The minimum number of participants for a weekend retreat is 2 people. Should this number not be reached, the weekend retreat will be cancelled and you will be entitled to your choice of a full refund of your deposit, or reschedule at another available date.
